hello, I have had a very bad experience with FXTM
This broker allowed me to deposit money to their account via India NRE account.
And will not let you withdraw back to the same account.
Even though they have a policy that they seems to follow to withdraw back to the same bank account.
They are using a payment provider named Airpay, which is the worst in India.
Finally they made me withdraw amount back to a Skrill account and the exchange fees was outrageous.
Lost 4000 $ just in exchange fees.
The fee seems to be a little expensive

Highly suspicious. Easy to deposit but almost impossible to withdraw
My mum deposited some money about 2 to 3 years ago. Last month we were trying to make withdrawals but the site kept saying we need to make a deposit using that same method in order to withdraw. We deposited about $19 (NGN10,000) which was the minimum but the site kept saying the same thing even 1 week after. I know they are regulated and have been for more than 5 years but something tells me they have gone rouge. Please stay away from them.
Update:
The reply posted below is very dishonest. Instead of asking me to provide my own number, they should make it easy for everyone to withdraw. It is very easy to deposit at FXTM but almost impossible to withdraw. Ignore this warning at your own risk.

I was having problem with my withdrawal and got it after 10 days!
The issue was the payment method was not working correctly (there was an upper limit which only manager knew)
Live support is not good in such issues!
Live support doesnt know about the payment methods and have no idea !!
THE MANAGER is the person you need to go to
he will speak your language and guide you on how to proceed with withdrawal!
so i had to change payment method and withdrawal was done in 2 days :)
it was my mistake i didnt pick the phone call of manager for 7 days and kept on relying on live support!

i think this broker is really good!(top class spreads and execution)
Also i emailed (FSC) their regulator and they are too responsive and asked me about evidence and complaint!(at which point my complaint was already resolved)

If there is a way i want fxtm to close my account account and erase all my information with them.here is my reason I opened a sell position on gbpjpy which I set my sl at 154.507 and tp at 154.227 to my price went down to my tp but the trade did not closed, it didn't matter until price went up to 154.451 then my trade was closed with a loss which 5pips away from my sl going back to my chart to check i found out price never went to 154.507 i was surprised how did this happen? I want an explanation

Be very cautious with this one. I’m actually surprised to see how some people are so positive about this provider.
This might be a “regulated broker” and they will always claim to the contrary of any negativity. However, I started small and made very comfortable gains. The day I made a larger deposit, 100% (25 trades) of my positions hit stop losses on a multitude of proven strategies (5 years experience)! This broker is a stop hunter that you bet against… Any shorter timeframe trading and you’re in danger with these guys. Do the math my fellow traders! This broker is very far from ethical. Furthermore, a smaller “test” withdrawal was processed very quickly, the moment I withdraw everything in the account, they claim it’s been processed and 5 days later I still have nothing?
I’d be fearful to know how much harder this withdrawal would be if I miraculously made anything…

Why there are lot of negative reviews? So specially from Africans? Generally what they do is like, invest $100 and trade 0.8 to max tradable standard lot, really they. And each time they make huge profits and huge losses, only then they come against the broker.. LOL. I have been trading with FXTM FXTM 스폰서십 for half a year now, untill now I have not faced any issues with them.
But their withdrawal period is about 24 hours, thats the only negative thing I see and only when in the instances of emergencies.
Customer support is too good.. I will definitely give you 5/5.

am dissappointed by FXTM to rate a strategy manager by the Name LuvRanjan at number 3 in terms of returns and number two in terms of level of risk. In invested my 100 dollars based to two ratings low level of risk and atleast some returns. All FXTM 스폰서십 of a sudden my 81 dollars had been wiped out.

POOR WITHDRAWAL METHOD
I have been using fxtm for a while. The spreads are good and so is the execution. However, their withdrawal is the worst by far in the industry. For example, I'm currently waiting for a withdraw I made four days ago via a mobile money method they claim takes at most 24hours. They have frustrated me in such situations atleast thrice. The customer service will keep telling you they have told the relevant department but I Don't really think they do. I've made up my mind to leave because you can NOT depend on their methods of withdrawal. which are already minimal with lots of restrictions especially when withdrawing profit. Very unprofessional customer care and withdrawal honestly.
